A brief presentation about EIMA was given, outlining the guidelines for filling the EIMA AgriMach India exhibition form. Mr. Wamala Tony – Director of Business Development, emphasized that participants interested in EIMA must be involved in the agricultural machinery business or have aspirations to become agricultural machinery entrepreneurs. This also includes those looking to purchase machinery such as tractors.
The process for filling the EIMA India exhibition form was explained to qualify and the participants must be fully registered as EAEA members at least at the platinum level. The key areas to fill in the registration form were listed as follows:
- Filling the Registration form
- Name of the delegate with title (Mr./Ms./Miss)
- Designation in the company (Director, manager, secretary)
- Address of the organization (district, Village)
- Country
- Contact number with the country code
- Passport number with expiry date (not more than 6 months to expiry
- Current Email Id
- Organizational website
- Annual turnover in USD
- Brief explanation of why you want to attend the meeting and what you expect to buy from India.
- Requirements for Visa processing
- Certificate of registration
- Certificate of incorporation
- Trade license
- Tax Identification Number (TIN) certificate
- Memorandum and Articles of Association
- Additional advantage documents such as Value Added Tax (VAT) Certificate
- Company’s Bank statement for about 6 months
- Recommendation letter from EAEA
