Global Entrepreneurship Week Management and Leadership Training Workshop, Challenges Uganda, November 16th, 2018

As part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, Challenges Uganda in partnership with Hive Colab and Enterprise Uganda together with East Africa Entrepreneurs Association (EAEA) conducted a Management and Leadership training workshop on Friday November 16th, 2018.

Global Entrepreneurship week is an annual event marked world over every third week of November with exhibitions and expert key speakers on entrepreneurship. The theme for 2018 for Uganda was “Make it happen, make it matter.” The aim was to connect entrepreneurs to a network which can help them take the next step, no matter where they are in their entrepreneurial journey.

The workshop showcased an exclusive taster of what challenges Uganda courses and the benefits offered to Uganda entrepreneurs. One of the participants was offered free services to diagnose his business so that he gets deep understanding on how different business processes fare and complement each other for strategical direction and value addition to the business.

Challenges Uganda in partnership with EAEA will continue to conduct Management and Leadership training; accredited by the Chartered Management Institute, to create transformative leaders capable of driving organizations to grow and contribute to the development of Uganda as a whole.
