East Africa Entrepreneurs Association Unlocking Opportunities in the Global Value Chain
East Africa Entrepreneurs Association(EAEA) has seen dramatic changes in its waste management policy and enjoyed cordial and strong working relations with a number of companies through providing capacity building programmes in waste management. EAEA understands that improper waste management activities can lead to negative environmental and public health impacts and thus contributes to setting up policies which govern its staff, members and partners in dealing with waste before and after it is produced, including its minimization, transfer, storage, separation, recovery, recycling, and final disposal.
EAEA carries out countrywide sensitization of  entrepreneurs, business and community leaders to effectively add value to the primary production and convert waste to valuable products in an environmentally friendly manner.
