STARTUP10 – INVITATION TO NOMINATE A TEAM MEMBER FOR TECH2FIELD TRAINING IN BARI, ITALY

We hope this message finds you well.

Following your participation in the coaching program under the STARTUP10 project last year, we are pleased to share with you a new opportunity that could contribute to the growth and development of your startup.

CIHEAM Bari is organizing an intensive three-month training course, partially in presence in Bari, Italy, specifically designed for young graduates with a strong interest in Technological Innovation in Agriculture and a good knowledge of English.

The course will run from September to November 2025 and will be organized according to different phases. The training program is structured to provide participants with:

• Practical and theoretical knowledge in AgriTech and innovation,
• Tailored mentoring sessions to strengthen the business model and growth potential of their associated startup,
• Exposure to an international and entrepreneurial environment.

It will run according the following tentative schedule:

From 8^th to 26^th September 2025: First phase of the program online

• Participants will take part in some workshops online on key topics for sustainable agritech startups, with a focus on technical matters
• Participants will start receiving vertical Mentoring and Advisory, offering tailored support based on each startup’s specific challenges and needs

From 29^th September to 17^th October 2025: Second phase in Italy

• Participants are required to follow the program in presence, hosted in Bari (Italy) – without accommodation costs and program fees.
• Participants will take part in Workshops & Masterclasses: interactive sessions led by experts covering key topics for sustainable agritech startups, with a focus on technical matters.
• Participants will have the opportunity to visit Agrilevante, the International Exhibition of Machinery, Plants and Technologies for Agriculture and Animal Husbandry which will be held in Bari from 9 to 12 October 2025. It is one of the most important events in the agricultural field not just for Central and Southern Italy, but for the whole Mediterranean, Balkan Europe, and the Middle East.
• Participants will continue receiving vertical Mentoring and Advisory, offering tailored support based on each startup’s specific challenges and needs focusing on the empowerment of the startup business project.

From 20^th October to 7^th November 2025: Third phase of the program in the country

• Participants will work on their project, receiving vertical Mentoring and Advisory (through online meetings)

From 10^th to 28^th November 2025: Fourth and last phase of the program in Italy

• Participants will receive direct vertical Mentoring and Advisory, contact with experts and companies, sharing experience on the ground, technical visits
• Presentation of their project during Mediterranean Innovation Week 2025

All costs related to travel, accommodation, and on-campus stay (or affiliated facilities nearby) will be fully covered by CIHEAM Bari.

The program will culminate in the Mediterranean Innovation Week, scheduled to take place in Bari from 25 to 28 November 2025, during which participants will showcase their achievements and connect with key actors from the Mediterranean innovation ecosystem.

We kindly invite you to nominate within Juin 30^th, 2025 a suitable member of your team, respecting the following mandatory criteria:

1. a young graduate (within 35 years old)
2. with interest in AgriTech
3. with good knowledge of English
4. who could benefit from this training and contribute to your startup’s development, sending us name and CV.
