Pamoja Entrepreneurship Network (PEN). PEN is a platform that strengthens entrepreneurship development to build synergies amongst MSMEs. This platform will create a vibrant entrepreneurship network in Uganda and has act as a communication hub for government, academicians, economists, policy makers, civil society and the private sector.
