Floriculture Contributes To The Admirable Parks And Spreading Gardens All Over The World, Padova, Italy

Thanx to the agreement between Fiere di Parma and Padova Hall in cooperation with Italian Trade Agency to promote the sector through Flormart Show in Padova, Italy… East Africa Entrepreneurs Association(EAEA) got the opportunity to have 5(five) representatives from Uganda , Kenya , and Ethiopia to find innovative answers to the new market challenges and exposure to the entire Horticulture sector in Padova, Italy from September 20th to 23rd, 2022..

In one of the event publications, Prof. Gino Gandolfi noted that Italian floriculture has historically stood out for the high quality typically the production of plants and flowers and has thus contributed to the creation of admirable parks and splendid gardens all over the world.

He further noted that the intentions paid by producers in recent years to limit energy costs, and water consumption and safeguard the environment has allowed the growth of floriculture since it favors the protection of biodiversity and green heritage (numerous parks and gardens) throughout Italy..

Our East Africa entrepreneurs were involved in a number of Business to business meetings with exhibitors who were mainly from Italy, Europe, and Asia. Flormart 2022 was an eye opener for the development of African horticulture and also an opportunity for joint ventures, the source for the latest horticulture equipment and types of machinery from Italy and the entire of Europe.
