GIZ TRAINS MEMBERSHIP ORGANISATIONS IN QUALITY SERVICES AND NEEDS ASSESSMENT

East Africa Entrepreneurs Association being an apex umbrella organization for entrepreneurs in the EAC region was among the nine membership bodies trained by GIZ CUSP (Civil Society in Uganda Support Program) under a two days’ workshop which was held on May 05-06, 2022 at Fairway Hotel Kampala, with a goal to strengthen capacities of staff in provision of quality services and needs assessment to their membership.

Participants were trained in various strategies and approaches in designing interventions that encourage a favorable business climate through assessing the needs of their members. A participatory centered approach was used to identify existing weaknesses, strength, and needs for change. There was a number of activities including plenary and group discussions by participants.
